CourseScribe provides AI-powered assignment annotation tools for educators. You upload student submissions, and our service generates feedback annotations that you review, edit, and approve before exporting.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring you have the right to process student submissions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated annotations before sharing them with students. CourseScribe is a tool to assist grading, not a replacement for educator judgment.
4. Account & Access
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Free accounts include usage limits as described on our pricing page.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. CourseScribe retains ownership of the service, its design, and underlying technology. AI-generated annotations are provided as suggestions for your use.
6. Limitation of Liability
CourseScribe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated annotations. You acknowledge that AI output should always be reviewed by a qualified educator.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CourseScribe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
